Fraud in Housing Market

A Sad story/fact, the city of Stockton California along with many others are ripping off the public and assisting organizations of housing to do the same. Elderly and handicapped being tossed into the streets, because no where to live, pay fee's for homes paperwork, yet don't get a place do to discriminating action of people in this greedy money hungry economy!
